We are thrilled to share with you that Semper Foods has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list! After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 475 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
The high temps of summer might finally be here, but Semper Foods has been bringing the heat all year! 2022 has just simply not let up and we are all thrilled to be along for the ride. With the business flourishing and still growing, there is more to be done than ever before. With this in mind and our eyes on future growth, we are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our thriving team, Mr. Ryan Wittman! He will be joining our team as Chief Financial Officer. Ryan brings many years of experience and expertise with him and is sure to be instrumental as Semper continues to grow and expand under his strategic guidance.

Opening of our Operations office in Milwaukee, WI. This serves as the base of operations for our COO and part of our operations team.

Opening of our Procurement office in Huntsville, AL. This is a strategic hub that is close in proximity to many of the frozen food conglomerates whom we do business with. Enabling us to inspect materials before purchase and spend time with executives at 5 of the major fully integrated poultry processors in the USA.
Achieved our first $10 M in sales.

Julia accepted a new and expanded role within the company and will now serve as our Director of Human Resources and Accounting.

Semper Foods' first-ever direct export transaction to Trinidad and Tobago (55,000 lbs.), further establishing our footprint as a player in the frozen goods global export industry.
The summer of 2019 saw the addition of two very important members to the growing Semper Foods team. Tim Panzeri joined as the Vice President of Procurement and Trevor Redpath joined as the Vice President of Sales. These would prove to be two key roles in the growing development and expansion of the Semper Foods footprint.
Company was formed as a Florida registered LLC. with three partners all owning equal shares of 33.33% each, Andy Geller (CEO/CFO), Jency Osvaldo Lopez (CGO, bilingual in Spanish) and Eric Ouellette (COO).
Boca Raton, FL corporate HQ address was formed and opened at 7000 West Palmetto Park Road #210, Boca Raton, FL 33433. At this location resides the CEO/CFO, Andy Geller and our now Director of HR and Accounting, Julia Furman. Number of employees at this time is 4.
Plymouth, MI Operations office was officially opened. The COO, Eric Ouellette and our top salesman, Craig Steinman report for duty here. Number of employees at this time is 5.
First sales office established in downtown St. Petersburg, Fl. This office will prove to be the heart of our sales, marketing, and operations team as time progresses. Number of employees at this time is 7.
Within 4 months of starting Semper Foods, we hit our first one million in sales.
