I oversee the Logistics for the company. Logistics at Semper is much more than just sending a product movement order, here I work alongside the Procurement team to manage inventory, keep in contact with vendors, and arrange the distribution and shipping of our products. I am responsible for establishing new relationships and negotiating rates with Freight Brokers as well as the onboarding process for new carriers. Our Operation’s team is responsible for sharing movement costs and market intelligence with sales and procurement which enables Semper to move the most product at the lowest cost.
