I ensure that our accounting system is in sync with the communication between our sales representatives and the customers. I process new orders, submit purchase orders, enter bills from our vendors, and audit our systems to ensure 100% accuracy before invoicing our customers. I also analyze our accounts receivable to communicate payment status updates. Aside from those tasks, and helping out with various projects across other departments, I’m one of the fitness gurus on the team to help keep the energy going!
